The Vermont Bike Trip Project

The Vermont Bike Trip Project is designed to be incorporated with The Connected Math Unit - Variables and Patterns. The project is a cooperative group effort that engages students on the creation of a bike trip within Vermont. Students are required to create a trip that begins in St. Albans and takes theme where ever they want in Vermont.

Each team of students are expected to present their trip to the class. Their presentation needs to include a trip theme, map, directions, budget and itinerary. The trip should be promoted using some type of technology.

Each class will be considered a division of the SACS Bike Company. Each division needs to make a collective presentation to another division(s).
